Maytag Front Load Door Lock Malfunction

If the door lock assembly isn t working as it should replace it with a manufacturer approved replacement part. After 8 minutes the door will unlock. When using one of these cycles the door will remain locked until the cancel button is pushed. The washer will go into a hold and drain routine for 8 minutes.
